About the BOSS DS-1 — Made in Taiwan (MIT)

Made in Taiwan (MIT), through-hole construction. Early Taiwan units can still use the TA7136AP; later revisions include BA728N (from late 1994), M5223AL (around 2001), and NJM2904/NJM3404-family op-amps. Usually valued below MIJ examples but earlier Taiwan versions can carry a premium.
